About the event
Join us to celebrate the completion of Coach Smith's book, Saint John's University Basketball Building a Tradition of Team. Commissioned and written by Jim Smith and Paul Bernabei, this book details Jim Smith’s 51-year career at Saint John as well as the entire history of St. John’s basketball from its beginnings to present day.
Over 50% of the $100 fee goes towards the $20,000 publication expense. Additional donations are welcome and will be needed to meet the goal. By the end of the evening, if not before, we hope to have the entire $20,000 covered.
